What are your fees?

The initial consultation fee for counselling is £50. You do not need to commit to further sessions, however, once we agree to work together, we will have weekly 50-minute counselling sessions at £75 per session, paid via BACS, Credit Card or Cash.


If you need to cancel an appointment, please give me 48 hours’ notice.


Do you offer concessionary rates?

I have some low fee appointment times, based upon individual circumstances. We can discuss this further at the assessment, or over the phone beforehand, if you’d prefer.

I work from a peaceful therapy room at:

The nearest tube stations are Gloucester Road, Earls Court.



Alternatively, I can make arrangements to see you at my other location in Holborn, 42 Theobald's Road, Holborn, London WC1X 8NW.
I practice here on Mondays , appointments available between 9am -4pm.

How many sessions will we have?

This is something that we can discuss at our first appointment. I offer both short and long-term face-to-face counselling, and how long we see one another is entirely up to you.


What time of day are you available?

I offer daytime and evening appointments, between 9am and 8pm. In two locations Kensington and Holborn. Contact me to discuss a time that suits you.


Will our sessions be confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is an important aspect of counselling and I believe that you should feel safe and valued in our sessions together. I strictly adhere to a code of ethics to ensure that your privacy is respected.


What are the benefits of therapy?

There are too many benefits to name every one. Overall, therapy can help you to develop a clearer understanding of yourself as you take a fresh look at your value system and begin to make changes that work for you.
