WHAT ARE THE FEES ?
The initial consultation fee is £50.00. You do not need to commit to further sessions however should you wish to return, each session lasts 50 minutes and is on-going every week. We can discuss how many sessions you require it is entirely up to you.
I offer short and long term counselling depending upon your individual needs. The fee is £75.00 per session. Payment is via BACS or Cash.
I politely request that any cancellations be made 48 hours prior to your appointment.

HOW MANY WEEKS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR COUNSELLING?
It’s entirely up to you. Six Sessions are often recommended . We can have a review after to see if you wish to continue. We may discuss in further detail at the first session.
WHAT TIMES ARE AVAILABLE?
I have daytime and evening appointments . From as early as 7am up to 8pm. We can have a conversation about what time suits you.
WILL MY CONTENT STAY CONFIDENTIAL?
Confidentiality is an important aspect of counselling. I strictly adhere to a code of ethics hence your privacy is respected. It is very important to that you feel safe and valued.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THERAPY?
Too numerous to mention. Most clients leave therapy feeling as though they have a clearer understanding of themselves . Clients see that it is possible to take a fresh look at their value system and begin making changes according to themselves.
DO YOU OFFER ANY CONCESSIONARY RATES?
Yes of course, I have some low fee appointment times, based upon your individual circumstances. We can discuss this further at the assessment or during a telephone conversation.
